Gail, that narrow green strip is actually a flange. A flange can add sooo much to a quilt.

I love the fun way you kitted the new projects for the upcoming show. The fussy cut flower shop fabric centers look great in the Dresden blocks. I also noticed the very narrow strip of bold bright green on the North Garden Dresden Table runner. It is amazing how a narrow piece of border fabric can make such a dramatic statement.
