I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend. I was finishing up the studio. I gotta tell ya…I love it! Just a few more things before I show you the pics though.

We have lots more exciting things coming to the Etsy store and we want to share them with you! So today we’re giving away one of the delicious fat quarter sets from Anthology.

Sweet Tooth

Hi Lorrie, now I am a sucker for peanut M&M’s. Though I sure do have a real bad sweet tooth, so any chocolate or lolly is a winner with me. We don’t get Good N plenty here but I do love licorice, so chances are I would like it too.

Lorrie, I couldn’t believe it when I saw you give- away, I was just looking at your Etsy site yesterday and dreaming over the gorgeous fabrics from Anthology. I try to keep my sweet tooth under control so I choose peanut M+M’s because they are so nutritious !!!

I don’t know that I can choose one favorite. Candy is kinda like fabric. What are you in the mood for? Sometimes I want a sweet and salty combo so that day it would be “Take Five”. Other days I want a little crisp in my candy so it would be a “Kit Kat”. Coconut M&M’s? Cup of Gold? Reeses Peanut Butter Cups? All good! But if I could only have one choice forever it would be Ferrero Roche. Yummy! What a fun topic! Thank you! Toni

Hands down…Lindor Truffles!!! The white chocolate with milk chocolate centers…YUM!!!, but can’t have them. I’ve been diabetic since 2006, but I can still close my eyes and remember the feel of them on my tongue and it’s one of the few sweets I can still remember the taste of!

Those fabrics are GORGEOUS!! Although I love chocolate and fudge – my favorite sweet treat is Mentos, soft mint filling with a candy coating. I always tell myself I’ll just have one and let it dissolve in my mouth but before I know it I’m chewing through a forth or fifth one….

Oh gosh, there are many variables that come into play here. My top three would be: Heath Bar (anything with toffee & chocolate), any fruit like pomegranate or blueberry covered in dark chocolate (Trader Joes and Costco have some really good options) and last the old standby Snickers bar. It still satisfies :)

I love Reeses too. Especially the seasonal eggs or Xmas trees. Yum! That fabric pack makes me think summer. With all this rain and gloom, it is a nice smile.

The fabrics just make me happy! Lately dove dark chocolate is my go to, but I agree with Karen V. that the pomegranates covered in dark chocolate are very dangerous for me. But I’ll also take a tootsie roll any day!
