Maybe the more appropriate title should be snowed in.
After that super scary blizzard Tuesday night, I had 3 feet drifts preventing me from leaving or opening any doors. It made for a claustrophobic me and a confused puppy, who didn’t understand why we couldn’t take a potty walk…ugh We weren’t dug out till 3:00 p.m….poor thing!
This is the path to my front door! If I was a kid this would be awesome!
So, what do you do on a snow day besides listen to your teenager whine about having nothing to do because he can’t leave the house?
Work on Birdie Stitches block 2.

No way, it looks cool but I don’t think I could handle it. You have had some really bad weather. Here it is so unbearably hot it is giving me headaches. Just no way to win. Spring and Fall have to be the best seasons for sure.

You made great use of your snowed in day, Birdie stitches block 2 is adorable! I can’t believe all of that snow, my daffodil bulbs are up about 6 inches and we are having rain today.

We got about 14″ here. I have never seen so much snow at one time in my life! Love the birdie block! :-)

Oh, you poor dears! We watched your blizzard on the news last night and could hardly believe it! We came close to these conditions earlier in winter, but we don’t have a dog to let out or a whiny teen :-)
Love the new birdie block, can’t wait to download this one!

Oh Lorrie, you poor thing. I can’t imagine having that much snow. But what a good thing you managed to find something to do: your birdie block is sweet.
Shame about the teenager tho’. :(
